The directory

GMI Practitioners is an information service operated by GreenMedInfo. Listings are provided for information. GreenMedInfo does not provide medical advice, does not endorse individual practitioners, and is not a party to any care you arrange. Always use your own judgement and ask practitioners about their licence, training and approach.

Practitioner listings

By applying you confirm the information you give is accurate, that you hold the licence you state, and that you accept the evidence pledge. You agree to yearly re-verification, to editor review of your profile, and to the ranking and hold rules described on the pledge page. We may remove a listing that is inaccurate, that breaks the pledge, or that receives sustained verified-patient feedback below our threshold. Free listings are free. Premium is an optional paid upgrade that adds labelled visibility and tools and never changes ranking.

Premium billing

Premium is billed by Stripe monthly or yearly and renews until cancelled through the billing portal. Cancelling keeps Premium active until the end of the paid period. Within the first 30 days you may request a full refund. Billing pauses automatically while a listing is held.

Reviews

Reviews may only be left through a one-time link tied to a visit. You confirm a review is your own honest experience. We screen reviews automatically and by editors and remove those that contain contact details, abuse, legal accusations, or that we have reason to believe are not from a patient. Practitioners may reply publicly and may flag a review; editors never remove honest reviews at a practitioner's request.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the directory, send unsolicited marketing through appointment requests, or attempt to game reviews. We may rate-limit, block or remove accounts that do.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date below changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Last updated: October 2026.
