What we keep, and why.

Practitioners

When you apply we store your name, credential, licence number and region, practice city, email and focus areas. Licence details are used only to verify your listing with your board and are never published. Your public profile shows what you choose to show: name, credential, city, focus areas, bio, photo and, on Premium, a booking link and video. We record who verified your licence, when, and the lookup URL used.

Patients

When you request an appointment we store your name, email and message so the practitioner can reply, and a hashed network address to limit abuse. Two weeks later we may email you one review link. When you leave a review we store the rating, text and the display name you choose, tied to a one-time token and a hash of your email, not the address itself. Reviews are public. If you use "Near me", your location is used in your browser and sent only to sort results; it is never stored.

Billing

Premium payments are handled by Stripe. Card details never reach our servers. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and the date your Premium period ends.

Sign-in

We use one-time email links and a signed session cookie. No passwords. We set no advertising or analytics cookies. Profile views are counted per day without identifying visitors.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent data. Processors: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, bot protection), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), OpenStreetMap (map tiles and city geocoding, sent the city name only).

Your choices

Practitioners can edit their profile any time and ask to be removed; removal keeps a minimal record of the listing and its verification for audit. Patients can ask us to remove a review or request by emailing practitioners@greenmedinfo.com.
